Terms and Conditions
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
By participating in yoga, wellness, or related activities at Maja Spa, you acknowledge and accept that such activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and physical harm. These risks may result from the nature of the activity, the actions of others, or various unforeseen circumstances.
2. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks and full responsibility for any harm, property damage, or loss that may occur during participation in activities at Maja Spa.
3. Health Declaration
You declare that you are physically fit and free from any medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in yoga and wellness activities. You agree to inform Maja Spa staff of any medical conditions or health changes that may affect your ability to participate.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
By participating, you release, waive, and discharge Maja Spa, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from loss, damage, injury, or death sustained while participating in activities or while on the premises.
5. Consent for Emergency Treatment
You consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during your participation. You agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
6. Image Release
You consent to the use of your image in photographs, videos, or other media taken at Maja Spa for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes.
7. Agreement to Follow Instructions
You agree to comply with all posted rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by Maja Spa staff and instructors.
8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By signing or booking, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, including the waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement. You acknowledge that you are giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue, and agree to these terms freely and voluntarily.
