DAY 3 - Pilates Mom
This is the time for moms to move, stretch, and breathe — without needing to find a babysitter. Welcoming all moms with children up to 5 years old, whether you're wearing your baby, chasing a toddler, or sharing your mat with a giggling preschooler.
We’ll guide you through gentle, mom-friendly Pilates movements designed to strengthen, restore, and energise — all while keeping things playful and flexible for the little ones.
Bring along your baby carrier if you’d like, and most importantly, come as you are. After class, you're invited to stay back, chat, and connect with other moms. It's more than a workout — it’s a community.
