Dr. Han Barre Teacher Training

Whether you want to be a Barre teacher or simply wish to deepen your practice of Barre this training will definitely transform you from inside out. The training is open to all levels and all backgrounds, you do not need to have a previous Barre experience to join us.

3 days (25 hours) to learn from Dr Han Barre unique style on the Island of the Gods!

What will you experience?

Dr Han will share with you his unique Barre method that made his Barre classes so popular. You will get to join 2 Private Barre classes with Dr Han, learn how to safely sequence a Barre class, study the ballet inspired exercises (and other essential exercises) in detail, review basic anatomy principles, get to know how to build up an impactful playlist and how to engage with people in the class to make the experience memorable.
